IMFCoult and Co are certified public accountants and tax specialists based in Chelmsford, Essex helping clients throughout Essex, London, the Home Counties and overseas.

The company was founded in 1976 by Rod Coult as Coult and Co having established his accounting practice in Billericay, Essex. Over the years he built a solid base of clients, individuals and limited companies.

In 2017 Rod retired from his role and transferred his business to Ian M Forder of Ian M Forder and Associates having been friends for some time creating a seamless transition to bring the accounting and tax specialist operations under one roof.

Ian M Forder and Associates was established in March 2004 and whilst it provided bookkeeping and accounting services to small businesses, the principal focus being on tax planning and business development both in UK and overseas with a client base across Europe and in USA, Far East and Japan and with offices in Geneva and Dublin.

Since 2019 Paul Yarwood, a local businessman and company owner has joined IMFCoult to help promote the business.

Both companies had, and remain to this day, a strong family business ethos looking to help and assist all clients with a genuine personal touch at all times.
